Seeking a 20% Invesment (RM1.2m)

The Investment Proposal
• Fund wanted RM1.2mil (S$360k)

• Secured with College 20% plus 10% extra shares = 30%
• Directorship position & right to Accounts 

• Monthly Directors Fees RM12k/mth

 

The school must be in either be

-  Positive OR

-  Moving better in 2 out of 3-Qtrs average
And chalking up negative NBV annually
And make monthly payment fully & promptly

Otherwise, Investor can recall the Investment

 

1.  Investor seek full refund OR
2.  Convert the collateral shares into 20% shareholding
3.  School can pay off the Investment at cost, if Investor don't apply their options (1 or 2) Or

4.  Both parties agrees to continue the agreement annually with reward of RM12k/mth
