We invite your proposal
The arrangement for OCI as follows;
* OCI shall have their own choice of farming - the farm can be a Crop or Animal (eg poultry or fish) or both - so long it do not compete with existing crops - prefer farming that yield within 10 months
* OCI shall be responsible financially for their own farm
* OCI need to focus only on growing their farm Whereas the existing Agri Farm offers OCI the followings
* Land to grow crop/poultry
* Utility supplies: Water & Electricity
* Security via Fence, dogs and inhouse resident workers
* Personals to supervise & manage Labour
* regular updates & progress of the farm Location; Selangor North (Tanjung Malim)
Currently the farm is growing vegetation (no animals)
They have about 11ac of land, Utility supplies (Water & Elect), a dozen dogs, skill staff, in house workers, etc
The advantages:
The OCI need not start a company, get utility supplies, oversee the workers, etc Its a huge relieve to investor; also freedom from micro managing; yet getting frequent progress reports.
They have no obligation to continue permanently.
The current top mgmt willing to work on good faith for a mutual gain; after aside for the cost & management fee; all revenue & profit belongs to OCI
