*  the normal dividend/Interest paid out is 7-9% pa 
*  lock-in period 3-yrs
*  the interest paid out is either monthly or annually
*  The Investors/members can be a Local or Foreigner

Briefly, about NUCW
*  It's regulated by SKM (Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia).
*  It comes under the Ministry of Enterpreneur and Cooperatives of Development of Malaysia
*  It has about 6000 members.
*  It’s a national level cooperative 
*  The Co-op is also in the business of giving credit/loan;
    mainly to M'sian Civil Servants (approved by Angkasa)
*  Nucw shall stop seeking Investors once it reach its target
