KESH had a humble beginning; progressing from a junior position as an insurance agent to Admin-Exec (Msia), Accounts Assistant (London, UK), Accountant, Finance Manager, Senior Manager (Singapore), Gen-Mgr Vietnam) and thereafter back to S’pore (& Msia) venturing onto property agency and into business consultancy and ventures till now.
In business venture/takeovers, Kesh is capable to handle a deal from the inception to handover; from securing a lead, to evaluating, marketing, securing its match, drafting biz agreement, preparing biz plan, assisting in due-diligence, coordinating between all stake-holders to handling till hand-over or completing of the deal. It comes handy likely due to his qualification (Cima) and his multi-facet experiences gained from various roles as a management staff, biz-consultant, agent and as a businessman himself.
