On Business takeovers & related service, BizMerger acts as an independent party for a win-win position of all the 3 parties (the offeror, offeree and BizMerger) by seeking the most from each party. BizMerger does not act as an agent unless specified or its on Realty matters.
2.1 This website intended to provide User with information about BizMerger and its Affiliates (individually and collectively referred as the “BizMerger Group") on opportunities on Business Takeovers, related corporate services and Realty Agency services (Buy, Sell & Rent) collectively referred as “Services”
